Namma Kannada Kalike Kaaryakrama operates under a comprehensive management framework encompassing a broad range of activities divided into three main categories: Strategic, Cross-functional, and Functional.

Positions: The leadership structure of Namma Kannada Kalike Kaaryakrama is robust, with distinct roles designed to manage the various activities effectively. Strategy & Management activities are principally managed by Vinayak Anantharamu, serving as the Chief Administrator, supported by Anil Shekhar, (ex SJKS Board) and Deepika Gajjar. All high school related administrative activities are led by Shailaja Raju in her capacity as the High School Kannada 1 to 4 Program Lead.

Principal, Ashwini Hiremath, and vice principals, Tejaswini Krishnamurthy and Shailaja Raju, spearhead the functional activities of the Beginner grades 1 to 6.

They manage cross-functional activities collaboratively with the management team.

They are supported by other team members designated to handle individual or group activities.

Together, this leadership team manages the ongoing operations of Namma Kannada Kalike Kaaryakrama.
